"I have been going to Dr. Laurie for a long time now... She doesn't beat around the bush (no pun intended), is very smart, and is able to converse with you about any concerns you have in a professional way and in language you can understand. " - Liz
"Dr. Reynard is wonderful. She may not spend a lot of time with her patients shooting the breeze, but the time she does spend is quality time and 100% focused on the exam. Her follow-up is quick and thorough. If she needs to call me back about the results of a lab test, it is almost immediate. When I went in for a breast exam because I thought I had found a lump she was incredibly empathetic and showed genuine concern. It turned out to be nothing, but she treated me with kindness and respect. I rarely have to wait more than 20 minutes which in LA is rare. Her staff is great!" - Cheryl
"She delivered our daughter and was really great about visiting me in the hospital afterwards and making sure the hospital was taking the proper care of me. In fact, when she saw how utterly exhausted I was in the hospital, I told her part of the challenge was that the nurses never let me sleep b/c they all came in separately and at random times to check on me. She talked to them and then put up a Do Not Disturb sign for me, hubby, and new baby to get a little sleep!!! She isn't a big talker- who cares! In fact, it is calming to know that she is a rock in all situations and gets the job DONE. Her staff is great, they remember you even a year or 2 after baby is born and you only go for your annual exam. Any issues, they figure it out! And online appt scheduling rocks!" - Jen
"I went on Tuesday to have a colposcopy and a biopsy (FML) I was so freakin scared and nervous...I thought I was going to shit in my pants. I even dragged my poor fiance to Dr. Reynard's office with me (he's such a trooper). As soon as I got there the girls at the desk were so nice and welcoming, as always. They put me at ease and reassured me that I would be fine. I waited probably two minutes before they called me in. Dr. Reynard was as professional and calm as I remembered. She did the procedure quick and I didn't really feel anything other then some cramping. My coworkers had told me how painful this procedure was for them which is why I was so freaked out. Maybe it has to do with the doctor who is preforming the procedure." - Stephanie
"I've never given birth, but I see her for all my other female needs, and have been doing so for the last 4 years... They are able to schedule you on short notice, and over all the operation is pretty efficiently run. There is very little that starts on time in Los Angeles, and at least with medicine there is a potentially good reason. When I have to wait 20 minutes to be seen, it's not because Dr. Reynard is taking a leisurely lunch or chatting on the phone to her girlfriends. She has always been engaged with another patient. When I joined Team in Training, Dr. Reynard even sent me a check to support my fundraising efforts for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society." - Lisa
